The Lexington Police Department along with the Nicholas County Sheriff’s Office is currently looking for Jennifer Tolson. She has one warrant for Escape 2nd in reference to an incident that occurred in June when she escaped from a Nicholas County Deputy’s cruiser. She was being transported back to the Fayette County Detention Center after appearing for court in Nicholas County.

The Lexington Police Department is currently looking for both Sonia Alfaro and Joseph Carmona. Both individuals have a warrant for Theft by Deception over $10,000. The theft involved stealing horses which have since been located and returned to the owner unharmed.

He currently has seven warrants for his arrest. He has warrants for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 1st Degree, Theft of an Automobile over $10,000, Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card $1,000 < $10,000, Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd Degree, Absconding Parole and two warrants for Failure to Appear.

His warrants are all related to Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 1st, multiple counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd, an Indictment related to being charged with a Persistent Felony Offender and Theft by Deception including cold checks.

He has an Indictment out of Wolfe County for Trafficking in Controlled Substance (Fentanyl and Methamphetamine), Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and various traffic offenses.

On March 27th 2022 the Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office Deputies attempted to arrest Justin Waldrop on three outstanding bench warrants out of Jessamine County. Waldrop was operating a stolen vehicle from Paducah, Kentucky. After a brief physical encounter, Waldrop was able to get in his vehicle and flee. He now has an additional warrant for Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree against a Police Officer, Assault 3rd Degree against a Police Officer, Receiving Stolen Property $10,000 or more, and Fleeing or Evading Police 1st Degree (Motor Vehicle). Justin Waldrop is considered Armed and Dangerous.

The Lexington Police Department along with the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department is looking for Gage Cates. He has four outstanding warrants in Fayette County. Three of those warrants are for Failure to Appear related to charges of Fleeing and Evading 1st Degree (Motor Vehicle), Possession of Controlled Substance –Methamphetamine, Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon, Tampering with Evidence among several others. He also has one outstanding warrant for Theft by Unlawful Taking $1,000 > $10,000.

The Lexington Police Department along with the University of Kentucky Police Department is looking for Waldeck “Wally” Sampson. He has a total of eight warrants in Fayette County. He has two warrants issued for Theft by Unlawful Taking-Parts from Vehicle $1,000 >$10,000. Two warrants for Failure to Appear reference four counts of misdemeanor shoplifting, two warrants reference misdemeanor criminal mischief, one warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance and one warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. UKPD says “He has several Facebook posts that show him in possession of different handguns and is still believed to be in the Lexington area. He is the suspect in numerous catalytic converter theft cases on UK’s campus as well as the greater Lexington area.”
